Arrival Instructions:
1) Before Leaving Home:
People who will attend the event need to be entirely vaccinated against COVID-19. Those who have complete vaccination will be capable of picking up a CES badge accessing the event in Las Vegas. It is also recommended to test for COVID-19 when you are going to depart for Las Vegas. All international travelers are requested to have a COVID test within 24 hours before departure.
2) Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (REQUIRED):
All people who will attend the exhibit need to show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination. If anyone does not have the vaccination proof, then the attendee will not get a CES 2022 badge, due to which they can't access the official show venues.
People staying in the United States can take assistance from the Health Pass feature to give the vaccination proof. CLEAR's phone app can also be used.
If any attendee ( both Non-U.S. based attendees & U.S.-based attendees) can't use CLEAR, they have to give the vaccination proof at designated locations on-site.
3) Get a badge before you enter into the event (REQUIRED):
As an attendee, you can pick your Badge only, not for others. Those who will arrive at McCarran Airport should use the Badge in the airport terminal to prove the Covid-19 vaccination.
Unable to use or take assistance from the CLEAR app? Those who don't use it need to go to a Customer Service Center first. After going there, they should verify all the vaccination-related proofs. These Customer Service Centers are generally available in public places before a CES security checkpoint. After giving the vaccination proof and picking up the Badge, attendees don't need to verify the details again.
4) Test Before Entering a CES Venue:
Attendees can get a complimentary Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 Antigen Self Test kit. It is given to them with the Badge.
They can get the kits available at select Badge Pickup and Customer Service Center locations. If any attendee picks up a badge where the test kit is unavailable, they need to move to a Customer Service Center to get the test kit.
They should use the complimentary Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 Self Test kit. It should be used within 24 hours you enter the exhibit. The test only requires a shallow, nasal swab and takes about 15 minutes. Every test kit comes with two tests.
During the Event:
5) Mask during the Show (REQUIRED):
Whenever there is a significant indoor event in Nevada State, attendees must wear masks. They should wear masks in conference & keynote rooms, exhibit booths, indoor exhibit centers, CES shuttle buses, CES transportation services, etc.
6) Test if experiencing COVID-19 Symptoms:
If an attendee is feeling symptoms of COVID-19 at the event, they need to visit a First Aid area as soon as possible. After going there, they should obtain a COVID-19 test.
At Show Close:
7) PCR Tests for International travelers going back to their home:
Those who will travel back to their international destination will receive complimentary RT-PCR testing. To get this test free of cost, attendees have to show proof of outbound international travel within 72 hours.
